Judge Boima Kontoe to face major lawsuit for supporting completion works on Former Representative Candidate Veronica Rennie’s Bridge Project without her approvals.‎

‎Former Representative Candidate Veronica Rennie says she will file a major lawsuit against Judge Boima Kontoe for resuming completion works on a bridge project she started before the 2023 elections in Tumata town, Bong County District #5. However, Residents of the town say the project was abandoned by the former candidate after losing the elections, something that led to them craving support for its timely completion.‎

‎But Rennie says the work resumed without her approval and warned that she will sue Judge Kontoe if his intervention to complete the bridge is not stop immediately and proper consultation and subsequent approval is done from her.‎

‎She noted that the project is already more than halfway complete and insists she must be involved in any further work, noting she cannot allow anyone to claim glory for her project she started.‎

‎Judge Kontoe is yet to comment on the matter.
