IPNEWS: Mudashiru Obasa, the former Lagos State House of Assembly Speaker, has declared that he remains the speaker of the house until the right process is followed for his removal.

Obasa made this statement while addressing his supporters at the Speaker’s Lodge in Lagos on Saturday.

According to Obasa, due process was not followed in his removal, and he believes that his colleagues must do the right thing.

“I am not afraid of being removed as the speaker of Lagos State House of Assembly, but the right process was not followed,” he said.

Obasa challenged his colleagues to follow the correct procedure, stating, “I believe I am still the speaker until they follow the right process.”
