Students from Tubman University have successfully concluded their internship program with the Liberian Senate and have extended heartfelt appreciation to Senator Gbleh-bo Brown , Chair on Rules, Order, and Administration, for the invaluable opportunity and exposure granted to them.

The internship provided the students with firsthand experience in legislative procedures, public service, and national governance. In their closing remarks, the interns expressed gratitude for Senator Brown’s support and leadership, which played a crucial role in making their experience both educational and impactful.

Mr. Enoch Diamond Freeman , who served as the head of the group, stated:

“We are extremely grateful to Senator Brown for opening the doors of the Senate to us. This internship has not only broadened our understanding of the legislative process but has also ignited a deeper sense of civic responsibility in us.”

In his remarks to the interns, Senator Brown encouraged them to continue striving for excellence and to use their experience as a stepping stone to greater service in their communities and the country at large.

“The future of Liberia lies in the hands of its young people. We must continue to provide opportunities for them to learn, grow, and lead,” Senator Brown said.

This collaboration underscores the importance of youth engagement in national development and the value of investing in the next generation of leaders.
