    ANGRY MOB STORM GAY PARTY

    ——Leaves One Dead, Other Miraculously escapes

    IPNEWS: Report reaching IPNEWS says that there has been a brutal incident in Brewerville city that caused the death of one gay man identified as John Doe, while his girlfriend Pat Kemokai and others were beaten and attacked.

    The event occurred on Sunday mid-night September 30, 2018, in a compound that was hosting a LGBT’s party. Some residents of the community say that there were many young people present at the party.

    According to an eye-witnessed name Toe, elements of the anti-gay group started to noticed an unusual movement among these people. In an interview with our reporter Toe said “that the guy who died was seen kissing one of our own peking called Patrick Kemokai and it was when the mob forced their way into the fence.”

    In the wake of the mob iustice a bystander called David Sando says that he called the police by phone and an officer told him over the phone that Policemen are not here to protect any gay man. 

    Another person who told our reporter that “I personally wanted to eat my boy Patrick raw, because I did expect this kid to be into such habit.”

    In a related development angry crowd has gone on the rampage to rid Brewerville City of LGBTs. The

    Montserrado City is the hotbed of anti-LGBT practice in Liberia. some of these anti-gay guys are willing to travel as far as the tip of the country just to beat, attack or kill a LGBT member.

    Meanwhile, it can be recorded t h a t there have been numerous incidents throughout Liberia involving the LGBT community being vulnerable to mob Justice. In Liberia, the practice has been outlaw by the Government. Moreover, the notion of a gay rights in a highly African cultural society is far from reality. It can be estimated that at least one in ten gay men is likely to die as a result of a mob violence in Liberia.

    In related story, the Zone 6 Police Department spokesperson via phone conversation told our reporter over circumstances on the September 30, 2018 incident, categorically denied police turning a deef ear to the event when it was unfolding. However, went asked about the cause of John Doe’s death she said  ” no comment because the investigation is ongoing.” We will keep you posted on this story as it unfolds.
