    Dr. Thomas Nimene Tweh, Jr, a Liberian Leader Honored with Humanitarian Award by ULAA

    The Union of Liberian Associations in the Americas, ULAA, has honored Dr. Thomas Nimene Tweh, Jr allies the Original Countryman, with its prestigious Humanitarian Award, recognizing his contributions to education, empowerment, and community development.

    In his acceptance remarks, Dr. Tweh expressed deep gratitude, stressing that the recognition was not about him alone, but about countless Liberians who believe in the power of education and opportunity to transform lives and strengthen the nation.

    He noted that while some detractors spend their time spreading falsehoods and creating fake social media accounts, his focus remains on empowering Liberians through education and life-changing opportunities.

    The awardee emphasized that the honor serves as a reminder that Liberia’s progress depends on resilience and unity, urging citizens to remain committed to building stronger communities.

    Dr. Tweh reaffirmed his vision: to invest in people, empower communities, and ultimately transform Liberia a mission he summed up with the call to “Make Liberia Great Again.
