IPNEWS: Montserrado County District #3 Representative, Sumo Kollie Mulbah, has failed to clearly state his position on the rule of law, in the wake of ongoing crisis at the house of Representatives.

Representative Mulbah appearing on the OK FM conversation early TUESDAY, January 7, 2024, SHOW, FILP-FLOPPED IN offering HIS POSITION WEHTHER OR NOT the action by member of the majority bloc are acting in accordance with law and their rules by the continued holding of separate sessions without the other colleagues who supports the stance of Speaker FONATI Koffa

Representative Mulbah said nothing in coherent rather conflicting accounts regarding the controversial removal of Embattled Speaker Cllr. J Fonati Koffa on the OK conversations.

REPRESENTATIVE indecisiveness and lack of conviction ON the ongoing House of Representative crisis prompted calls to lashed at him in series of dirucotide manner questioning Representatives Mulbah true intentions and allegiance to the rule of law.

Mulbah, once vocal about his dissatisfaction with the ‘Majority Bloc’, recently expressed his willingness to join their ranks—an astonishing flip-flop that reveals his lack of consistency and moral backbone. This is the same lawmaker who vehemently opposed the actions of the ‘Majority Bloc’ when they illegally removed the embattled Speaker,

Cllr. J. Fonati Koffa, labeling it an affront to the rule of law. Now, with an apparent change of heart, he stands ready to abandon his previous stance and align himself with the very group he once condemned.

In a disgraceful move that can only be described as political opportunism, Representative Mulbah has effectively shot himself in the foot by recognizing the legitimacy of the Representative Richard Koon as the ‘Majority Bloc’ Speaker—actions he once criticized fiercely. His flip-flopping reveals a lack of integrity and a willingness to compromise his principles for political gain, regardless of the consequences for the nation.

At one-point, Representative Mulbah was among the 30 lawmakers who bravely stood by the embattled Speaker, terming the Majority Bloc’s actions as an affront to the rule of law. But now, he has shown his true colors by aligning with the very forces he once opposed. This shocking betrayal of his previous stance leaves many Liberians questioning whether Mulbah truly stands for justice and fairness, or whether he is simply playing politics at the expense of the truth.

Sumo Kollie Mulbah’s actions are a clear example of a leader willing to abandon his principles for political survival. His sudden shift in loyalty raises serious concerns about his commitment to the people of Montserrado County and the nation as a whole. Is he truly on the side of the law, or is he simply another politician eager to jump on the winning side, no matter the cost? The people deserve better than a flip-flopping politician like Sumo Kollie Mulbah.
