The International Community remains committed to supporting Liberia’s democratic
    journey.

As Nimba heads to the by election on April 22, 2025, we encourage all stakeholders
to abide by the terms of the Farmington River Declaration and all relevant laws to
foster a credible, free, fair, inclusive and peaceful electoral process.

The International Community commends the National Elections Commission, the
Liberia National Police and all security agencies for the work done so far and urges
all institutions to remain impartial to build confidence in a credible and successful
    electoral process.

Finally, the International Community urges all citizens to play their role in forging
    further democratic gains in Liberia.
