    “Ensure Transparency in   All  Of Your Activities”

    -Bishop Donyen Urges ARCAL Memnbers

    The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the All-Retired Citizens Association of Liberia (ARCAL)

    Father Nimely Jarbokly Donyen of the Father Donyen Ministry Inc. has urged all members of the All Retired Citizens Association of Liberia (ARCAL) to Ensure transparency in all their activities to build trust, enhance accountability, and improve their overall effectiveness.

    He said Transparency in the activities of governmental organizations is a cornerstone of their operational integrity anTd effectiveness.

    According to him, in an era where public trust is paramount, transparency serves as a bridge between NGOs and the communities they aim to serve.

    Speaking at the official opening of the national headquarters of the of the All Retired Citizens Association of Liberia (ARCAL)  held in the Town ship of Gardnerville over the weekend, Bishop Donyen noted that, it  encompasses the clear communication of goals, processes, and outcomes, allowing stakeholders to understand how resources are utilized and what impact is being achieved.

    He said the significance of transparency extends beyond mere compliance as such it fosters a culture of openness that can enhance collaboration, attract funding, and ultimately lead to more effective interventions.

    He however encouraged them to do a survey of all retirees in the country something he noted that, is powerful tools for gathering feedback, making data-driven decisions, and improving educational experiences.

    Bishop Donyen expressed his gratitude and pledged his unwavering commitment to restoring the dignity of retirees. 

    Also speaking, the National Chairman of the All Retired Citizens Association of Liberia (ARCAL)Rev. Kafa Teah lauded the participants  for gracing the occasion  call for their  inclusion  in budget.

    Teah lamented that they have suffered for too long under bad government policy in seeking their interest.  “Let it be understood that when people are treated right, the potential for such conflict is greatly reduced.

    Teah reaffirming the association’s commitment to peace building and national development encouraged members to remain law-abiding and continue advocating for their rights through legal and constructive means.
