    REPUBLIC OF LIBERIA, MONTSERRADO COUNTY

    DISSOLUTION OF VIVO ENERGY LIBERIA LIMITED NOTICE TO CREDITORS

    On December 19, 2025, VIVO Energy Liberia Limited, a Company registered under the laws of the Republic of Liberia, with offices on 152 Carey Streets, Monrovia, Liberia, was dissolved by dissolution of its shareholders in accordance with Chapter 11 of the Business Corporation Act of Liberia. The dissolution of VIVO became effective on December 19, 2025.

    This notice advises all Creditors or other alleging to have claims against VIVO Energy Liberia Limited, including individuals with unliquidated claims, contingent claims, or unfulfilled contracts, to present their claims in writing and in detail to the office of Baker Tilly Liberia at 21st Street & Gibson Avenue, Fiamah, Sinkor behind the Afriland Bank, Monrovia, Liberia not later than February 7, 2026.

    Disclaimer the giving of the notice shall not constitute a recognition that any person is a proper creditor or claimant, and shall not revive or make valid or operate as a recognition of, or a waiver of any defense or counter claim in respect of any claim against the corporation, its assets, directors, offices or shareholders, which has been barred by any statue of limitation, or invalid by any means or in respect of which corporation, its officers or shareholders, have any defense of counter claim.
