    MCC Sends 27 Scholars Abroad

    Monrovia City Corporation has officially signed off 27 students for international studies in Guizhou, China under the Monrovia–Guizhou Scholarship Program.

    The signing ceremony, held today at Monrovia City Hall, brought together beneficiaries and parents as they committed to upholding discipline and respect for Chinese laws while abroad.

    Director Pekeleh Prosperous Paye Gbuapaye thanked Mayor John-Charuk Siafa and the City Government for the support, while extending best wishes to the scholars as they prepare to represent Monrovia with pride.
